Ozon3 Gaming is proud to present Galaxy League, a league designed specifically to provide a competitive environment for our League of Legends teams. These teams will fly their flags under the Ozon3 name and compete head to head against other Ozon3 teams. Currently it is only open to Bronze and Silver teams. January 31st 2018 is the day this stellar league will blast off. So grab your teammates and get onto the rift!
Information
1. Each Wednesday, starting January 31st, approx. 8pm EST, Ozon3 teams will be paired off in best of one matches and duke it out to prove their worth. Each team will have two games a night and no more.
a. Ex: Team name: Ozon3 Oxygen
8pm EST Ozon3 Oxygen vs Ozon3 Hydrogen
9pm EST Ozon3 Oxygen vs Ozon3 Gold
2. There will be a game scheduled at 8 pm EST and another at 9 pm EST for those in Bronze and Silver teams. This would be every Wednesday, without fail.
3. For scouting, team rosters will be available on Ozon3 Gaming website: https://www.ozon3gaming.com/teams. These roster will be updated regularly.
a. Captains will also be able to view up-to-date rosters on the Ozon3 Gaming Discord.
4. The tournament play style will start as an 7 week round robin competition. This means there are no eliminations; all teams will make it to playoff with their wins counting toward higher seeding in said playoff.
a. The four teams with the lowest score would get placed in the lowest seeding position in the playoffs while fourth and third seed would auto quality for quarter finals. First and second seed would be placed in semi finals.
5. Only two games a week will be streamed during the split! All playoff games will be streamed.
6. There is a cash prize of $110 for first place and $55 for second place. The prizepool is subject to change depending on donations and sponsorships. If you would like to donate to the prize pool, please contact Szmak. 75% of all donations will go to the first place prize pool and 25% will go to the second place.
7. If there are any issues you have within the bronze and silver bracket, such as needing help finding a new team member or sub or general questions, feel free to contact @HowIMetYourTable, our Bronze and Silver Manager on our discord. For more serious issues, such as a problem with an individual player or a concern within the organization, please contact @Harambe instead as he is our PR Manager.
8. Matches will be posted on the website and updated between Monday and Tuesday; it is the responsibility of the team to check their schedule regularly and process the scouting in whatever fashion is best for each individual team.
9. If you have any highlights or plays that you would like featured in a highlight video, please upload it to the Dropbox at the bottom of the Galaxy League webpage. Videos will be taken out of the box in groups of five, meaning a total of five clips must be available before a video will be made. Please encourage your teammates and comrades to upload their amazing in game plays. Note: File sizes can’t be bigger than 30 MB.
