Rules

1. No BM of any of the following: Flashing Mastery emotes, ?’s in all chat, no spam taunting/laughing, all chat during scrims should only be used to say GG, GL HF, explain the reason for a pause, or to say exit out of the game or the occasional question that another team may have or banter before minions spawn, and a bit of harmless banter is fine.

2. All teams are expected to be in lobby ten minutes before a match begins; this means that players should not be in game an hour before their matches in order to avoid tardiness. There will be consequences if a team or player is late. These include:

a. Between 1 to 5 minutes of being late when the match was scheduled to begin, the team will lose a ban

b. Between 6 to 10 minutes of being late when the match was scheduled, the team will lose three bans.

c. Between 11 and 15 minutes, they lose all of their bans

d. Anymore than 15 minutes, they automatically forfeit the match.

3. In order to qualify for the Bronze and Silver Galaxy League, your season 7 ranking cannot have been higher than Silver 1 in both Solo/Duo and Flex queue.(Preseason ranking doesn’t count)

a. This means if you placed Gold or higher in Solo/Duo or Flex in Season 7, you are ineligible to participate.

b. However the exception, 3v3 ranking in which you can place as high as you like.

c. Once you’re on a team, you are free to climb as high as you like with the stipulation that once you pass Gold 3, you will be asked to step away from the team; this is a competition that is intended to be as fair as possible and Management feels Gold 3 is a good cut off for that.

d. Once you hit Gold and you opt to and/or are asked to leave a team, you are ineligible to transfer to a new B/S team. Starting next split, however, you would be free to look to join one of our Gold/Plat teams.

4. Each team will be allowed 15 minutes of pause time. Past that amount of time, the team will have the choice to forfeit or continue the game. They will not be allowed to remain paused any longer and if they are paused for longer than 15 minutes, it is grounds for an automatic forfeit.

5. Roster sizes are limited to 8 members; this allows for 5 starters and 3 subs.

6. It is the responsibility of the captains to keep insure that their roster(permanent subs included) is kept up-to-date in the Team Roster text channel in the Ozon3 Gaming Team Discord; this includes updating all name changes and position swapping. Doing so will allow a fair chance for all teams to be able to scout and vet properly before the game.

a. All roster changes must be finalized on the Monday before Galaxy League games by 11:59 PM EST. Failure to do so will result in the following punishments:

i. First Offense: The team will lose one ban and the opposing team will be granted 10 extra minutes to properly scout and arrange their picks and bans.

ii. Second Offense: The team will lose three bans and the opposing team will gain 10 extra minutes to properly scout and arrange their picks and bans.

iii. Third Offense: The team will lose all bans in addition to the opposing team getting the usual allotted 10 extra minutes.

iv. Fourth Offense: The team will have to forfeit their match.

b. Ozon3 Gaming will be providing a sub pool within our team discord. If a team needs a sub they are required to find a sub in our sub pool. If there is no sub available, the team can ask to borrow another team's sub that is currently not playing that day. If there is no sub available the team may look outside of the org for a sub

c. That being said, it is understandable that things happen, sometimes at the last minute and a sub must be found. The Galaxy League does permit finding last minute subs and will not punish for subs; however, management will have to be informed if the sub is not someone from Ozon3 to allow for proper vetting for smurfs and the enemy team will be allotted 10 extra minutes to assure that their picks and bans are in order.

 d. Any possible summoner name changes should be reported immediately to the team Captain and HowIMetYourTable.

7. The duty to organize the teams falls on the Captain’s shoulders; this includes getting teams together for practices, scrims, and try outs. It is also the duty of the Captain to contact the Bronze and Silver Manager, HowIMetYourTable, with any issues that might arise.

a. If for whatever reason, the Captain is incapacitated and unable to organize the team, then it is the responsibility of the Vice-Captain to step up and take the lead.

8. All game communications must take place in the proper team drop down in the Ozon3 Gaming Team Discord. No one is allowed in the spectator box for games unless they are a sub for the team or Ozon3 Stream Staff if your game is chosen to be streamed, in which team captains will be contacted of.

a. Once a game has started, subs are not allowed to be in the same voice room as their team.

9. Smurfing is not permitted within Ozon3 Gaming or the Galaxy League and is a very punishable offense. Ozon3 takes smurfing very seriously and has an extremely thorough vetting process.

a. If caught smurfing or sharing an account, the player would be immediately expelled from the organization and never allowed to play again. The team with the smurf also has the possibility of having any wins that they had acquired with said player revoked and turned into losses.

b. Players who knew that the banned player was a smurf also runs the possibility of receiving harsh punishment; players are encouraged to report any smurfs to Management as soon as possible.

10. Roster changes are unlimited, leaving teams free to swap players as much as they like or need, assuming that the Captain keeps the roster list up-to-date.

a. However, if the roster swaps on a particular team begins to get excessive, HowIMetYourTable and Head Management will come to discuss it and resolve the issue. While there is no specific limit to roster changes, Ozon3 feels it is important that teams have players that are able to commit the time necessary to participate on the team.

11. If a team is unable to play in a match, they will be allowed to reschedule said match; that being said, each team is only allowed to reschedule three matches.

a. In order for a match to be rescheduled, both parties must agree on a time and date best suited for the teams and it must be before the next round of Galaxy League matches the next following Thursday.

12. In the case of ban losses, teams are required to lose bans starting with their first ban, followed by the second and third(if there is more than one ban loss). They are not allowed to choose when to take their ban loss.

13. If a player disconnects or lags in Champion select, teams will return to champion select with the same picks and bans up to the player that disconnected. There is no limit to this.

a. Ozon3 Gaming does not take responsibility for players that lag or spikes in game; there will be no remakes in the case of lagging.

b. If there is an in-game bug, proof must be provided and sent to HowIMetYourTable and a decision will be reached after the game based on the game and the situation involved.

14. After every game, captains of the winning team are required to take a screenshot of the ending game screen and post it in the Galaxy Screenshots; this will allow Management to keep track of each teams scores.

15. Each team will be allowed a ten minute break in between games, regardless of the time that their next game is scheduled at.

16. When in lobby for a match please leave a spot open for either Head Management or HowIMetYourTable. They will join and see if everyone is there and all rules are being followed. When okay'd by one of the people mentioned early, you are then allowed to start the match.

      17. Teams must be in LCS order when getting into champion select. That order is Top, Jungle, Mid, ADC, and Support starting from top to bottom.
